Hon. Mougemba is a career Diplomat Ambassador with the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Cooperation and Abroad and member of the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption. She holds a PhD in Political Science and a specialized degree in organization and administration of international organizations. Hon. MOUGEMBA graduated from the Strasbourg Institute of Political Studies in France. She is married with five children.
