Board Member - Hon. Erica
Hon. Erica Tshenolo Ndlovu from Botswana is a dedicated advocate in the fight against corruption. Her Educational journey includes a Masters of Science in Strategic Management, and other various qualifications including, Certificate in Law: Compliance Management, Honors in Journalism and Media Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Education, among others.
Currently serving as the Deputy Director General of Policy at the Directorate on Corruption & Economic Crime (DCEC) in Botswana. She has a rich professional history, including roles as Senior Assistant Director in Corruption Prevention and Corporate Communications Manager, Erica brings a wealth of experience to the table as a Board Member of AUABC. Her areas of interest span principles of governance, including anti-corruption collaboration, and strategic management. She has especially contributed to the development of a UNODC guideline on enhancing collaboration between Supreme Audit Institutions and Anti-Corruption Bodies.
Now, as a member of the African Union Advisory Board Against Corruption (AUABC), she is poised to play a crucial role in advancing the fight against corruption continentally. Erica's commitment, integrity, and loyalty underscores her dedication to the AUABC's mandate, aligning with the AU's vision for a corruption-free Africa by 2063. Beyond her professional endeavors, Erica actively engages in community work, reflecting her passion for uplifting and alleviating the suffering of the downtrodden.
